However, after two and a half years, he realized his true calling for painting. And that was the moment when he left his job and started painting as a full-time job.

According to him, Sufi music and temples inspire a lot of his work, and he is currently living in New Delhi. Also, his maiden solo show was on landscape, held in Himachal Pradesh immediately after college.

He also has multiple awards associated with his name. In 2012 he received the Kannada Rajyotsava London, and in 2011, he got the District Republic day award at HAVERI. In 2009, he received the Mysore Dasara merit certificate award at Mysore.

Participated in exhibitions/events

Also, he participated in a lot of exhibitions and events throughout his career. Back in 2010, his artworks were exhibited at my paintings. Also, in 2019, his artworks were featured at the 7th World Kannada Cultural Convention in Singapore.

In 2012 A solo shows happened at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan London. In 2013 his artworks were featured at the 5 artist Group show at A Jain Marunouchi art gallery New York. And in 2013 A solo show was organized at Nehru Center. Plus, there were events in 2014 at Lalit Kala Academy New Delhi and in 2007 at the Academy of fine art Kolkata.
