Once you are here, you will see a picture of a bond on your user interface. Click on this to take you to your bond menu, where you will find the amount of both tradeable and untradeable OSRS bonds that you have.

If you look underneath the bond, you will see two arrows. Click on the bottom arrow to withdraw them into your inventory. If you want to put them back into the pouch, then you can do so by simply clicking the arrow above to deposit them back in.

There is a fair bit to get your head around where this OSRS item is concerned.
